Ordered- no problem-
they took the money within minutes of my order- as yet a few weeks later-no canvas’ arrived- not at all- no response to queries-whatsoever-
USE another company- this is not the first time.

Delivery extremely poor, one delay after another (UPS)
Products, one was OK, nedspread was more use as a duster

I’ve used this company many times and I’ve never been disappointed, everything I’ve ordered has been absolutely amazing and their offers are brilliant. I will continue to use them especially getting pictures of my Grandchildren

Picture was completed in a very short time, but it then sat in warehouses in Germany and uk for weeks. Picture is excellent, but spoiled by very poor delivery agents

I’m happy with every aspect of this company and the goods and service you provide. My only issue is that you don’t deliver abroad.
I ordered 2 cushions that were a gift for my family in France but I had to have them delivered to my house in the uk and send them myself through the post at extra expense.
If I could send your products globally to friends and family then I’d use your sevices more.

We still haven’ t received the albums which should have arrived before Xmas. It is also not clear if the order processed is actually for 2 different albums or if it is twice the same as not clear from order confirmation. Still waiting to find out
