Should have been delivered pre Christmas but not received until 7th January. Delay because of Port issues but although told the goods would be expressed soonest they lay in no man's land for ages.

So I ordered this cushion for an Christmas present for my Nan on the 27th December and paid extra so it would arrive in time for Christmas. It was meant to come on 21st December and it arrived on 2nd January! Despite two emails asking where my item was none got in touch with me! I will never use this site again for anything. Luckily I got my Nan another Christmas present last minute! Disgraceful!

Very nice product. Material was nicer than I imagined. Bit slow on delivery but maybe because of covid and Brexit etc. Overall very happy.

The picture is framed nicely and it meets my expectations perfectly. Very good value for money.
There were delays with the delivery but I think this was more related to the pandemic issues of the world.

We have several canvas pictures from mypicture. I love how easy it is to upload the pictures to see how the final product will look like - and it will! Delivery is really fast and if there is an issue, they keep you informed. Very good company that I can truly recommend.

Item was purchase for Xmas. Was told it would be delivered by the 24th item delivered the 5th January. Item smaller than expected. Feels cheap for the price and customer services don't reply to your emails

My canvas prints arrived quickly and were of a good standard.
The canvasses could have been stretched tighter as they were a bit 'baggy'. I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for proper tensionable artist's stretchers with wedges. Other than that, good value for money. If My-Picture got this element sorted I would give 5 stars on all levels and recommend their services to all my art community.

Delivery was slow but I was warned about this as soon as the company were aware of delays, and it is completely understandable in the current circumstances! Really happy with the finished product, very good value for money.
