I would give Peter Hahn 5 stars, if they had a tracking system, like most other companies, offering on line services! The delivery period on some occasions can be quite long, and it means staying in the house for an extended period of time.
Otherwise I find Customer Services polite and helpful.

I purchased a HeatPal Marble Infrared Heater. Efficiently warm the launch in my 2 bed small house. I have a solar system in use and found that it used up 10-20% for energy from the batteries after an hour of operation. It would be best if the manufactory can provide information regarding energy consumption labelling scheme.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, same house number but a different street and postcode. Lucky for Viking that the resident there was honest and kindly brought it round to me.

Great service it had automatically used my Klarna address without asking and I don’t live at that house anymore i had paid for next day delivery I emailed and customer service and they changed the address for me straight away so helpful. Love the shacket and shoes I brought to!!

The flooring never arrived and the proof of delivery was the front of a house that isn’t mine and a packing slip with the words front door on, the picture doesn’t even show the flooring being delivered to the front door, it doesn’t show any flooring at all!
We have had to buy flooring in person to get it down in time and heard no response upon requesting a refund. Absolutely awful customer servi
