DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We order a 3 seat and the delivery man left it outside our drive said the instruction was to leave it as soon as it reaches part of the house, We had to carry all the way back to the house and realised that all the pieces are all broken! the customer service had no intention of apologizing and even put the phone down on me.

Competed waste of 600 pounds and spent lots of energy trying to deal with them.

Worst online shopping experience we ever had. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Don't want to sound like a moaner but please read this before you purchase anything.

I bought a pine bed from this company online and from the picture on the website it looked like a dark brown bed - perfect!

The delivery time was accurate and it arrived as promised after the delivery people called my mobile and I got someone to be there when they delivered. The bed turned out to be orange...nothing like the picture. I called to complain at once and organised a refund and was told I would have to pay �40 for collection. After much hassle back and forth I accepted that �40 may be deducted from my refund, but that it wouldn't if indeed the bed was a different colour.

We organised the collection and I was under the assumption they would call my mobile like they had done on delivery. No mobile call came at which point I called them to find out that the delivery guys had come and gone and not taken the bed! I called up and was told that I would have to pay �40 there and then for collection. I just wanted to get the bed out of the house so agreed and paid. At no point was I told that I would still be charged for the failed collection. The bed was picked up, but then I found out I had been charged �80 for both collections!

They also say that the colour is correct online. I think whoever looked at the bed is colour blind. It could not be more different from the picture. The company have refused to budge, their T&C's very unclear and ambiguous, and I am �80 out of pocket for a bed that was the wrong colour in the first place! Bed star take no responsibility and I feel I was set up from the start when they did not call me, as if they knew they could charge me double. They have been rude and treated me with nothing bu contempt when I tried to complain.

This is their stance on their online chat that they cut me off from: "Do think it is fair that we should pay our delivery company two charges to rectify something that is not our fault? I don't." - Well they sent me a different colour bed and didn't call me to collect, is it their fault? Yes, I think it is.

Back in April I placed an order for 3 Durban Canna Lilies and two batches of tulips - Uncle Tom and Candy Club. The lilies arrived very quickly - though only one actually did anything - two of them were very small and inferior quality. I chased them up for the tulip bulbs through their "ticket" system and eventually, after sending letters by recorded delivery etc, I was told I would get them when they get them - probably between August and November!!! They actually arrived this morning (5 October) and seem good quality bulbs. I read numerous reviews on line after the canna's arrived and was horrified as I usually check reviews first. The most amazing thing was I put their post code from their web site into Google Street Map - its only a house in the middle of nowhere - not even a garden centre!! Only time will tell if the tulips are any good but as I only spent �40 including postage I am one of the lucky ones - never again though!! The quality of their products seems OK its their communication skills that need propagating!!

As ther are not many reviews online about these sofas i felt it was only fair to put one up after my experience with them so here goes:
i got my sofa yesterday i went for the atto 3 + 4 corner sofa and it cost �785 we ordered the sample fabrics first which arrived the very next day ! super .. we decided to go for the max in mink.



it was delivered 2 days later on a pallet shrink wrapped and the lorry driver helped unload the bits into my house which was good of him

when i had all the bits in the front room i sort ov thought OMG wat have i done as there was so many pieces of mdf and to be honest it looked tacky however the cusions all looked fab so we decided to go ahead and build the thing. building it was fairly easy if your good at that sort of thing however it would have made it even better if the pieces had of been labelled as matching the bits to the drawings was a little difficault when they all look pretty similar, however it all went together and took around 2 1/1 hrs between 2 ppl and i have to say it didnt look tacky any more it looked amazing!

the way it all fits is fantastic and id say the main tip is if it doesnt just simply slot in its not the right piece as evrythin fits like a glove. the structure is so sturdy and strong im sure u could get an elephant to sit on it.

I wont lie as it is fiddly getting the fabrics to be perfect and you sort of become ocd whilst doing this!

Now its got pride of place in my living room i cant belive it looks so good its so comfortable too , i went for the softer seating option it is quite firm but nabru say it should soften over a few weeks to be just right.

I honestly cannot fault this company their customer service was fantastic when i called and thier correspondence has been great all the way through i dont know why people would want to spend 2 -3 k in dfs or the likes when these seem much stronger once built and so stylish.



If i had any faults to pik there would only be 2 :



scotch gaurd is basically, they send the cans of spray for you to do yourself , which for me is a pain as i have a 6 month old baby in the house and you need to vent the area for 12 hrs ...nearly impossible for me !



the parts are not labelled like abc and so on , this would make it much simpler to build and would take half the time too !

I will definately use them again in the future and will never go to a "normal" sofa shop again ever

ordered something from the internet and thought i would get it in 24hr but parcelforce refused to deliver to my house, they delivered to the postoffice but they refused to come to my house. I asked them to redeliver to my house and they just returned to sender.....bizzare or what!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SOMEONE THAT USES THEM TO DELIVER TO THEIR CUSTOMERS
