The colours and the items were all perfect. All the sizing was accurate. The quality is brilliant! LandsEnd write to me to say that my package was now with Hermes. Only thing is that my packages were in my house. The delivery was really fast this time. Whatever their new working practices I'm delighted with the service.

Amazing price and fantastic quality! I’ve only just moved into my first place with my partner and this was our first photo printed of us!

First of all, they have good quality lovely fabrics but their delivery system and customer care is awful. Half of my house number had been obliterated and it went to the other end of my estate. I had to do a bit of detective work to find it. When I contacted the customer care team I received an automated reply confirming receipt of email and nothing since. It has now been a few weeks. The delivery drivers went above and beyond to get our fridge freezer into our new house. Unfortunately it didn't quite fit through our entrance so they had to come round the back and carry it up some steep steps. Excellent service!

Order was referred to credit control’ even though I paid via PayPal. Still hasn’t arrived 7 days later. Countless phone calls snd nobody seems capable of sorting this out. It was just a storage cupboardanyone would think I was trying to buy a house!

Would get 5 Star Rating if delivery were quicker, and communication better. Also, I would like Peter Hahn to use a tracking service - especially with Royal Mail - once the goods arrive in UK and passed over to Royal Mail. This would avoid staying in house for many days at a time.

Initially I was charged for Sunday delivery ,then told it could not take place due to the bank holiday .Sunday was not a bank holiday !The boots i ordered have still not come to me .i was sent a picture of them with a delivery man but it was clearly not my house .i emailed yesterday and recieved no response .I dont know where they are !

I was in the house all day, to receive the parcel yesterday. But the delivery tracker says they tried to deliver and we were not in the house. I still do not have the fabric. There is no way to contact the delivery company to get it redelivered.
