Review of the Copper Pan Fudge Company in Arundel

A very bad experience! I bought a whippy ice cream with «coppercrunch» fudge topping. I made sure to order a large one, since I had great expectations. Walking out of the shop, the ice cream and the topping immediately began dripping down my clothes, handbag and shoes and less than 150 yards further down the street I had to through most of the ice cream away. The ice cream itself was watery and icy, not creamy, as if the ice cream machine had broken down. Encouraged by people on the street who saw the mess, I went back to the shop to complain. The shop keeper didn't say he was sorry or apologized and when I asked why he couldn't at least apologize, he answered «no, because I've sold hundreds of these». Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wasn't offered another type of ice cream or anything else. He simply refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on the shop's part. Wouldn't recommend the place to anybody. 0 0Reply
