I have just visit the store, Monday 27th boxing day-substitute day. The young lady helping on the check out was extremely rude and unhappy. When I asked for an approval she mentioned that I should put everything at one side and after she will come to approve the bottle of wine. There was one other customer and wasnât busy at all, when I mentioned thatI didnât know we can still keeping going true until the end, And that I was learning something today. She said in a very rude tone: Glad you have learned something today and I could teach you more?! Excuse me? Teach me what? How to be unhappy serving customers on a Boxing Day? How to ignore someone when asking for a help? Totally unacceptable. It is not the first time this store treats customers in a wrong way. Donât know why the staff is rude. Retain clients is not easy. We are all different and if she doesnât like the fact I am gay and immigrant she should not be at the till
