The worst customer service experience ever

Note that this review is more than 6 months old and the company's procedures may have changed considerably since this review was written.
Let me begin by saying that this is the worst customer service experience my husband and I have ever had. First of all, we have never been delivered what we ordered. Secondly, our address was recorded incorrectly after my husband repeated three times! the correct address. Thirdly, we were told by the advisor during our fifth call to Carphone Warehouse that we would still be charged. We asked the advisor whether it was fair that we should be charged �600 all together for something that we have never received. Then the advisor said that the order was on its way, and we should wait for it. Before speaking to the advisor, we called the delivery company and checked the status with them. It had not even been processed! We asked the advisor to stay on the line while he was speaking to us and call the delivery company and confirm the status with them. He was apologising a lot after the call; after he found out about the actual situation with the status. Is it really just about getting the money from us at all costs (even if you have to lie) or is it about being simply being very unprofessional? We will never consider using the company's services ever again. We will never recommend the company to anyone. We will make sure that whoever we speak to is aware of this bad experience, and we will tell them to be very careful before they even consider ordering anything from the company.
