Don't use this service. It is slow and overpriced and they are unreasonable.
They will only return part payment after leaving you weeks waiting for a spare part.
They will give no real indication of when you will get your part fitted.
effectively I have waited almost three weeks for a part to be fitted.
If I had been aware I would never have sent them my money. I now fully understand why they

Failed to repair our appliance. Failed to order new parts needed. Only refunded £75.
Be aware! They will fob you off and then when guarantee has ended will only refund part when service hasn’t been completed.

My experience is that I took out a repaircare for my built in dishwasher, the engineer came out told my wife that we would be getting a new dishwasher, which she thought was strange.
The engineer told us that it’s because the machine is over 8 years old and some parts are obsolete.
Next I get a text message saying that the engineer will be with you on the 1/8/22 after that I get a text message say

the repair man came to my house only with one oven bulb not two
as requested and had to order the second bulb and housing.

Ordered second bulb and housing but this is out of stock.

I am still waiting no one has turned up and I do not have a refund
If I am not refined by Monday morning I will take this matter to my bank as I paid with my credit card

Repaircare gave Indesit the 1st line of the billing address but the postcode for the repair address. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours after the appointment time, I spent another 45 minutes on a webchat with Indesit during which we established the mistake, I was advised to go back to Repaircare and get them to amend the instruction. 1 week later I'm still waiting for the repair ! Very poor!

I received a full refund as the repair of my dishwasher was not possible.

I have booked two appointments for cooker and hob repair and paid £125 for each in Nov 2020 but still I am waiting for them to come and do the job. They have been booking many appointments during the time every single time, they didn’t come and never bother to call and inform us either. I am very disappointed about the service and really disappointed. What is your guarantee? I don’t trust you.
