I ordered two bras mid January. A month later I had not received them. I’ve emailed them to find out where they are but just got an automated response. Six weeks after the original order number 38582403424052 still nothing - not even an apology.

My order was delayed by UPS for 6wks. Heleen on the helpdesk was marvellous she replied to my quiries promptly and investigated the delays for me. I was given generous options which thankfully were not required as the order eventually arrived.
I am very happy with the fit and quality of the pants and bras.

Disgraceful length of time from order to delivery. 12th January and received the goods on 9th February in an appalling state. The outer box was badly damaged and some of the smaller boxes inside were badly dented. Need to return a few items and dread to think how long that will take.
