Misshapes are nice pieces of fish that are left over when we make steaks. They're boneless and skinless. As they are bits that are left over, they're often misshapen (see what we did there?) but they are still completely delicious. You could cook them up by themselves - just flash fry in butter - or mix a few packs up to make a fish stew or fish pie. These Sea bass misshapes would make a wonderful addition to a fish curry! We'd recommend around 150g per person for a main course.

All the fish is frozen because they believe that freezing fish as soon as possible after it is landed results in the best eating experience. They use thermo-proofed packaging and dry ice to keep fish frozen en route to their customers.
