Web site easy to use & plenty of selection. Very pleased with the rug it looks great in the lounge and blends in well with the colour scheme. Good price I knocked one star off as I had to chase for delivery despatch.

rug is lovely but the colour is a lot lighter than pictured, always a problem with online shopping so would only drop a bit of a star not a whole one if that was an option.
