A breath of fresh air ! The Rug Shop UK exceeded my expectations with a recent rug purchase. My purchases were delivered promptly. However one of the rugs that I ordered was incorrect and Darren was very proactive in resolving this Issue speedily and now I have my correct purchase.

No tracking info provided. I had to keep emailing for info. Rug was delivered one week after order, luckily I was at home when it appeared. Still waiting for the rug grip sheet to arrive, I've had to chase that up too and don't have tracking. The rug is as described and just what I wanted, and I do get email responses but I feel it would be better if they just sent the info in the first place.

We ordered a rug from the rug shop and the speed in which it was delivered was amazing. Sadly I ordered a rug that was too small! I contacted the rug shop and really couldn’t be happier with the service the next day the rug was collected and within three days we took delivery of a beautiful rug which is perfect for our home. Thank you for your amazing service

Surely I should be supplied with another rug, which I paid for over 3 weeks ago and it is up to the Supplier to fight it out with the courier and not leave the customer without the goods that have been paid for.
