I had changed my mind on a carpet I had ordered, contacted the team and they were able to make amendments and reimbursement difference with no fuss. Delivery was good, right to my doorstep ok second floor which I appreciated. Definitely recommend. Oh and my rug is beautiful I love it. Exactly what I needed to bring everything together. Thank you guys.
