My beautiful rug came on time, but unfortunately it was too big for my lounge.
I spoke to Harsh,who arranged for my rug to be returned with no objections!!
So far,can't fault the customer service!!

Rug is true to size and design. I love how vibrant the colours are and it’s very soft to touch especially the stone sections where it’s thicker, so feels great under your feet.
There are quite a few long and/or loose threads which I guess can be expected so not too bothered by them, easy to just cut and hoover, but there is one obvious patch that’s either stained or is the wrong colour of materia

Disappointed in quality of rug. No help to return. It does say that the buyer has to pay costs in the terms and conditions and prepared todo this however have to make own courier arrangements.

I haven’t received my rug yet so unable to fully comment. But disappointed so far as website states 4-7 days for delivery but confirmation email said 2-3 weeks. It would be helpful for more accurate information before ordering. It feels somewhat dis-honest.
