Give more accurate colour details. Just received Cream multi extra large rug. Would actually say was more Grey which is a colour I don’t really like. Rug lovely though. OAP so too much hassle to return

The rug I ordered wasn’t in stock. However they emailed me back with alternatives they thought I would like and honoured the price of the original order. Rug arrived after just one week and is beautiful quality

I have emailed you 3 times since the item was delivered, there is a dark grey dirt make the whole length of the rug on one side. You haven’t bothered to respond at all. Really disappointing customer service, and I am left with a rug that isn’t fit for purpose.

It was easy to order and pay for my rug and to be told my order was being processed that was on march 31st since then no information about expected delivery times at all .

The rug was not at all what I expected. The colour was very deceptive and you can’t tell there is a pattern on the rug.
