Ordered a few times now , Quality fantastic and the delivery really good . The price is outstanding .

Their customer service is excellent. I bought the wrong rug in error and within a day of them receiving it back, I was refunded. The rug was beautiful but I bought the wrong colour.

Ordered a rug which took about 3 weeks to arrive. They gave a discount for the delay and I kept chasing them to deliver but the guy called Darren was very helpful and understanding. He made sure the delivery was sorted.I think they need to speak with their suppliers who seem to create a lot of issues for them (at least what it seems)
