Delighted with my rug ( Louis de poortere) and with all the communication provided. I was informed of delivery process all the way which made the purchase and delivery very easy.

The Rug Company email advising that delivery would be made soon, arrived after the delivery itself and resulted in my missing the first delivery attempt. I've therefore given only 4 stars as think the communication could be improved. The rug itself is beautiful and a good price.

They have kept me well informed while waiting for their delivery. Rug was out of stock in UK but I was willing to wait as their price was the best.

I have only given 4 stars as the previous rugs I purchased (same design) a couple of years ago were far superior to the one received recently. The thickness of the pile noticeably thinner, also the rug is not very straight on its longest edge. It's almost like the recent rug purchased was completed by a trainee. I have kept the rug anyway as I believe this is just a sign of the times....cutting ba
