Ordered a rug on 27/3/22 and it arrived today 19/4/22. The rug is really beautiful and although expensive it was a little cheaper at this store than others. I was happy with the service although I received an email initially saying that my order would be received in 1-2 weeks and in the end it was 3 weeks which is ok. When I emailed the company last week for an update I was told it would be with m

I had been looking for this specific rug online and this was the best price I could find. It was a good �20 less than other retailers. I selected it and paid only to receive an email saying the rug was out of stock. However it was still appearing online as in stock for a few days afterwards which makes me wonder if the price was incorrect.
Poor customer service.
