Ordered online and had an issue with completing my order, rang the next day where the issue was resolved and the discount honoured, excellent service, very helpful and efficient, saw the exact same rug on a popular retailers website and it was �70 dearer, had regular updates on rug delivery, rug arrived and it is of excellent quality, very happy, already ordered another rug.

Communicatio in terms of acknowledging my order and telling me it had despatched and when delivery was scheduled was non-existent. The rug did arrive a week after order and is a nice product.

Lovely rug and would definately recommend but the only small negative is that the colour os more brown than grey. There are some grey bits but also browns.Delivery was slow too but not sure if it was due to xmas.
