I cancelled 2 lodden rugs as it would take 16weeks to make, but am still getting charged for something which I did not receive.
I was assured that the refund would be done to klarna 3weeks ago.
I am getting klarna contact me to pay for something I have not received.

Love this rug - so much so, I bought 2!! (Due to an accident with a hot coal!!) Looks lovely with my green velvet sofa - and delivery was very quick.

Purchased a rug from rug seller at the better price than I could find anywhere else.
Smooth transaction from purchase to delivery, would definately buy from here again in future and wouldnt hesitate to reccomend rug seller to others if looking for both quality and value.
