The rug seemed to take a long time to arrive. The quality of the rug is mediocre, it’s not as thick as I thought it would be. It is a lovely colour.

Love this rug so much,good quality and very stylish. My only critique is that I had to wait for delivery which it didn’t state when I ordered it.

Rug took a little longer to arrive than I was lead to believe but was'nt a problem. The rug is excellent, perhaps better than expected, very pleased with the purchase.

The rug I bought worth £100 looked about £10 worth. It was so thin and the colour was nothing like the picture. Horrible material. Trying Trying sort out a return but they are wanting £30 for a return even though the delivery was free! Absolute joke
