Great air fryer, but. I used to have the Breville Halo, when that gave up the ghost Breville had stopped making the Halo. After much research Klarstein was the only company that I could find a rotary air fryer that didn't use a paddle. At first all was great then after 4 months I noticed a couple of marks appearing where the coating on the pan has started to wear away, I no longer use the air frye

Answer are questions via email, I have the right to send back an item but have no printer they said they would post one out but then sent one by email for me to print off but I have no printer, so asked the post office but they could not help as I need a customs form, and there label printer does not print customs forms still no answer when I explained so I still have a £100 item I can’t send back

Response to customer issues was honestly non-existent. After 3 emails I got no assistance until I contacted Trusted Shops to complain. Covid is no longer an excuse for poor service.
