They take too long to reply to emails and then they haven’t read the emails properly, I have asked for a refund after finding out that I had to return my item and that it would take a long time to get a replacement but they haven’t replied and I am left without my ice water machine at the hottest time. I could have got a replacement within a day and at a cheaper price. The machine itself is excel

Ordered a Clear Stream pedestal fan. Unit delivered did not have a motor. Emailed Klarstein on 8th July and got an automated reply in German. Tried Chat and managed to get a number. Called Customer services on 11th July and they were helpful, asked me to return the unit and said I would get a shipping label in 2 days. No refund till I return the unit but they would not send me a return label. Call
