Their prompt response to me concerning the problem I had encountered. Their prompt action to refund my payment because the item I had ordered was not sent to me. They have said the problem was documents required by customs had been omitted, so procedures should be in place so it does not happen again

This is my third Klarstein purchase and on every occasion I have been totally satisfied with their products, service and communication.
From my experience, Klarstein's conventional type cooling fans offer the very best performance and value, especially if bought directly from them.

The product is good and does what it claims to do. However the delivery was fraught with delay and the tracking was incorrect. When I booked the product, I was told that it would be delivered in 3-5 days. Because of incorrect and misleading tracking information we had to stay in for 3 days until the product was delivered 4 days later! Karstein should change their courier!
