Fabulous cooker, had one previously and have used it daily for 4 years, still working but my Daughter decided I needed a new one., love it thank you Klarkstein❤❤❤

Everything was great. I could talk to a person and ask questions. The fan heater is all that it says it is and it was delivered as quickly as was possible .

I ordered on the 7th January, their website and the order confirmation email states 3-5 days for delivery, I called them on the 19th January to be told they have updated their shipping times to 30-40 days due to courier problems but at no point did they have the courtesy to let me know.

Disappointed with the product. Glass shelf was missing, however I accepted a credit in liu of this so I will have to try to source a shelf online Freezer compartment not cold enough doesn't freeze ice cream???.

Had the food mixer since 16th Dec.My wife has used it on numerous occasions but have a few issues and emailed you 17th Dec asking how to remove splash cover over basin. Impossible to remove. The blender is disappointing as does not break down food items smoothly especially nuts. Does the base of the blender screw off the galls jug, does not move. Very noisy. Sorry for the low rating.
