Speed of delivery was great. Changed over the door which was easy too. One thing that does need to be done is nowhere in the instructions I could find was anything to tell you where the temperature control was. Found it by accident as it is the bezel around the light.
True to the claim, it is totally silent.

Delivery companies have delivered two ovens to us. The first was really badly damaged and went straight back to Germany. The second has just arrived and it too has a bit of damage on the door handle which we have reluctantly accepted as we need the oven which we really like.
The oven is not packed well enough to me and these delivery companies do not care enough in their handling of parcels.

Ordered from them. The website says delivery up to 10 days. The delivery didn’t come. I contacted their customer services who helped to try to find my order. Unfortunately the item was lost in transit however they did arrange a full refund which hit my bank account pretty much instantly. Which is a shame I was really looking forwards to having the excitatory fan.

Ordering was easy, delivery was on time in fact a day early. Product has been installed but yet to be tested. Unfortunately though the pull out flap on the cooker extractor fan is 5mm out and you can see the fact it's not level. However I am going to live with it as I need my kitchen back and I am unable to return it to Germany from the Uk as this would be an immense hassle. That's the problem fro

Ordered an induction hob. Unfortunately, it arrived with the glass top in pieces. Klarstein were very accommodating. Although because of EU rules post-Brexit they couldn't simply replace it, they promptly sent a return label to post it back, and made a refund. I was able to re-order, and the replacement arrived within days, all in one piece! Their customer service was friendly and efficient.
