Price excellent so don't expect perfection.
When i complained my picture had not been centred properly on the canvas they explained that it is done by a machine .
Took longer than i expected to arrive but i gad not appreciate it came from Germany.

This was actually a lovely little bag. Sadly it got stained just from a bit of water whilst at a wedding despite spraying it with suede protector. I put it on a gentle cycle in the washing machine & it partially disintegrated like paper mache. Obviously an overly-hopeful move on my part! If you want to go out with your friends & drink it’ll be ruined in no time. Other than that, it was a nice bag.

This printer is virtually impossible to set up and I was told that 'no ink came with the printer'....which is not in fact true...so I spent £73(?) unneccesarily on ink . When the 'print' button is pressed, the item to be printed is finally printed either an hour later or the next day. Scanning has not been possible to any degree of success and I suspect this machine will have to be returned , with

THE SERVICE WAS SUPERB, DELIVERY CAME DAY AFTER IT WAS ORDERED. THE PROBLEM IS, AND I MUST ADMIT I AM SLIGHTLY AT FAULT, IT DOES NOT HIGHLIGHT ENOUGH IT WILL ONLY CUT HALF A TENNIS COURT. THIS I WILL PUT TO THE TEST AS I THOUGHT A £500 HAYTER MACHINE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO MORE!

Bought this mower after some research and reading of reviews, which is not normal for me. However it was worth it. So far has proved to be a great machine and easily copes with 500 square metres on a single charge.

The saga began with a not ancient, DIY superstore bought, good named mower being unrepairable. Thanks a bunch. The mower shop said get a new one that can be repaired. Mentioned a few names.......Hayters....v good...v expensive. I went to a shop in Gloucestershire via trusted shops and their price was less expensive than all other names and available.... immediately!! Got a lovely machine now

I was not at all happy with the advice provided when I called with an issue having received the mower. I did receive the necessary help when I called an outlet that was suggested by Hayter. I have other problems which at this stage give me concern about the quality of the machine purchased and will contact Mowers-on line about these shortly.

Machine arrived with scratch on the body and it was not clear how this occured - problem now dealt with after telephoning Mowers - on Line and I agreed small financial compensation.

The ordered items, sewing machine lamps (bulbs) arrived poorly packed and completely smashed.
After correspondence, and photos, this was accepted and replacements promised, no doubt still on their way, but not here yet!

Toro Lawnmower - better than expectations, started straight out of the box. Only slight disappointment, hence 4 stars, was not being advised when machine was due to be delivered or an anticipated delivery date, had to phone to ascertain. Was told it was out for delivery and was with DX, but no date given; DX only advised on the morning it was being delivered.
