I had some vouchers to use and managed to spend them on an espresso maker. I've had three faulty machines from them (which ignoring the issue that they seem to buy based on price/profit rather than quality isn't really their fault). However, each time I have needed to return the faulty item and get a replacement, they have expected me to wait in for the item to be collected and then it has taken several days or sometime weeks of emails and phone calls to get them to sort out the replacement or refund.

Bad stiching

Basically i was more than happy with the 1st two items i bought from jane norman.
Which cost me around 90 pounds.
The jeans are perfect.
But the lovely tunic i bought had to be restitched by my aunt.
So i went to one a town near me and spent about 150 pounds on 2 jumpers and 1 top.
I got them home and put on the jumper the next day and it had one almighty hole in it.
So we decided to make a trip back and get a different thing.
So when we get there they say they have to send it off to be checked to see if it was a machine error...I have never heard so much rubbish in my life.
Thankfully because my dad was there i ended up swapping it for a gorgeous dress.
And the other item i bought a blue top has become unstitched.
The girls are rude as hell and they think the world owes them one hefty favour
Do not try to get a refund!
