Great items at great prices!
I bought a refurbished laptop from Stone Refurb as needed a new laptop but had a tight budget to work with. I was able to get a fantastic machine from them, in as new condition, for significantly less cash than buying new.
I highly recommend Stone Refurb, why pay the extra!

I purchased a Brother model MFCL2710DW computer printer from Viking on 01 Aug 2022. The printer was shipped the same day and received on 02 Aug 2022. One cannot ask for better delivery efficiency than that. The printer is an excellent machine by the way and half the size of the Brother printer I bought in 2008 and yet it performs all the same functions of the older machine. The only deficiency

They take too long to reply to emails and then they haven’t read the emails properly, I have asked for a refund after finding out that I had to return my item and that it would take a long time to get a replacement but they haven’t replied and I am left without my ice water machine at the hottest time. I could have got a replacement within a day and at a cheaper price. The machine itself is excel

My experience is that I took out a repaircare for my built in dishwasher, the engineer came out told my wife that we would be getting a new dishwasher, which she thought was strange.
The engineer told us that it’s because the machine is over 8 years old and some parts are obsolete.
Next I get a text message saying that the engineer will be with you on the 1/8/22 after that I get a text message say

A very bad experience! I bought a whippy ice cream with «coppercrunch» fudge topping. I made sure to order a large one, since I had great expectations. Walking out of the shop, the ice cream and the topping immediately began dripping down my clothes, handbag and shoes and less than 150 yards further down the street I had to through most of the ice cream away. The ice cream itself was watery and icy, not creamy, as if the ice cream machine had broken down. Encouraged by people on the street who saw the mess, I went back to the shop to complain. The shop keeper didn't say he was sorry or apologized and when I asked why he couldn't at least apologize, he answered «no, because I've sold hundreds of these». Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wasn't offered another type of ice cream or anything else. He simply refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on the shop's part. Wouldn't recommend the place to anybody.

Looking for replacement canvas for outside chair, found a great range at Myfabrics. Took online advice and purchased the stronger yarn, glad I did. Managed to sew with a general purpose machine and large hole needle, with long stitch.

Delivered on time and with care. Excellent product although the images showed the machine having a cone filter which, considering I had 4 boxes of filter papers was ideal. When I unpacked the machine I found it had the shallower flat bottom basket.

Absolutely painless ordering, payment then delivery 2 days later. The item needed to be opened and a fan unit reseated due to movement in transit but not their fault. Machine is great value and I'll be buying more refurbs in the future from Stone.

Bought this as my old ice maker packed upunlike my old one, this one makes clear cubes that stay frozen for longer.
Takes no time to produce the first batch after switching the machine on.
Would highly recommended.

Arrived on time. Great bean to cup machine. My morning coffee needs to be able to wake the dead and the "strong" setting is just perfect. Subsequent jugs on "normal" strength are just right for the rest of the day. It's easy to clean too.
The thermos jug is very handy - top tip: swill some boiling water around the thermos just before making coffee, it helps keep it hotter for longer.

My reason for giving four stars instead of five is that two of the rubber feet were missing. A grade B product will not be in perfect condition but there ought not be bits missing. The machine is good value though and I am pleased overall.
