Iâm always a little sceptical when buying online from a new company but I could not be more pleased with the rug shop! Delivery was prompt, even during lockdown 3.0! The rug is AMAZING! Itâs so soft and thick, we canât stop sitting on it! Itâs great for the kids to play on. I would (and have) highly recommend the rug shop. Order #2000037939

Order #2000035924. Rug was lovely and exactly as described. goods were exactly as described. Customer service responded quickly when i emailed to ask when it would be delivered. My rug was left at my neighbours door after i had been waiting in all day, which was the delivery company not the rug shop(only down point)

The rug was delivered within 2 days and is really good quality. It doesnt malt all over the place and can be easily hoovered despite being a long pile rug
