I love my rug, was informed that there was a slight delay in delivery time. But this shows great customer service. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Was a bit worried about ordering a rug online without being able to see the quality etc in person but the rug is really good quality very heavy and looks amazing. Pictures were true to the actual produce. Really speedy delivery as well. Will order from again in future. Order #1000030440. Cheers :)

Order no 2000033379 Excellent service and communication. Ordered rug and was emailed straight away to advise there would be a delay which wasn’t an issue as there was no urgency Then rug arrived about 1week later. Excellent quality.
