I orered a rug (Order #1000031578) which arrived quickly and which was exactly as described. It looks just as I'd imagined it would in the sitting room.

Once my order #2000036046 for two Lotus Premium Dynasty Wool Aubusson Red Rugs Was accepted on line the feed back and communication regarding delivery was excellent.
The rugs arrived as expected and we are delighted with the quality and texture of the rugs.

Spent a lot of time on many rug sites looking for a suitable rug in natural material with a backing suitable for a tiled floor in a utility room/kitchen. It had to be a site with plenty of choices in sizes and one easy to navigate.
Delivery company were courteous and careful.
Item wrapped and suitably packed.
