Was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality was of the rug I ordered at such a fantastic low price. Similar rugs I'd seen priced were at least double the price in local stores. Arrived well packaged within the expected delivery dates given. Would have no hesitation in reordering and recommending.

I knew which rug I wanted and researched for the best price. The Rug Shop also had free delivery so it was win, win. There was some confusion with the delivery and tracking. The tracking said my rug had been delivered and it hadn't. Sam, in customer service, was very helpful and even though it was all still a bit confused as to where the rug was and when it would arrive, it all turned out good in
