Very delayed/ unhelpful customer service. Rug of extremely poor quality. Paid for return back. Courier cannot access the adress they provided, asked for more details. Asked customer service team to please get in touch, they said they would and update me ASAP. Never happened, it’s been over a month. No refund, no updates, a scam of a company, avoid.

I’m still waiting for my rug to be delivered, Sldo still waiting for a refund on the first tug that I ordered and returned. These delays are not acceptable

I ordered my rug 21 daysago. I received an order confirmation email. Then an email the following day to advise that my rug was in stock and will receive it within 7 -10 days. But Still haven't received the item I ordered or had further communication from them.

Dont sell rugs that are out of stock for 2 weeks plus then say your not getting stock in.

Great delivery guy. Best thing the rug shop did, dispensing with the services of Hermes/Evri (Well, in my case anyway). They used XDP Express for my delivery, most efficient delivery company I've encountered. My rug is great as well!!!
