We finally found the perfect rug to go in our family room and are happy with it so far. It would've been nice to have got it sooner, but otherwise we're happy with it.

Thank you, Rug Shop. My experience purchasing two rugs has been great. Good customer service and professionally handled. No difficulties returning one rug which didn't suit my lounge colour scheme and the refund was dealt with quickly and without any problem.
I would recommend The Rug Shop to any of my friends. There's a huge choice available and you are bound to find something to suit your needs
