Despite my initial disappointment with a delayed delivery date the item arrived a short time later and they were very accommodating to ensure that the delivery time was convenient for me very happy with the quality of the product so far

The rug is excellent quality so bouncy and full and contains to sparse bits like some other companies, I would definitely purchase from here again, great value!
