I love the colour so deep. the feel next to the skin very soft. Very easy to handle and sew.when I placed the order I had no problems it was easy to find what I was looking for. My order was acknowledged. After that there was little or no further contact about my order until I heard from DPD to say they had my package. Possible updates from you would have been welcome.

Actually much better than described. Looks good and accurate fit plus it includes a chin curtain, multi position visor, lockable chin guard and speaker cutouts. Absolutely blow away by the quality for the price.

Delivery time is rather long, alas. Lovely fabrics but I was a bit confused when I ordered one meter each of two multi pattern fabrics, they came in 50 cm pieces but a single print one was in one meter piece. How can I avoid this in the future?

Their idea of 24/7 opening is untrue. When you build up photos for a multi picture puzzle, it can’t be saved so I paid up and immediately emailed as I needed the delivery address to be in the EU instead of Uk. The puzzles are sent from Germany, I was willing to pay any extra costs. 3 days, no reply- then a flat No’. Phone number they show on the website is unmanned. Useless

Delivery was very good.
The boots themselves are very nice, and also very wide. Lovely deep chocolate brown, and nice fleece lining. My only slight quibble at the moment, and they have only just been delivered so going on a quick try on, is that they do press on my right ankle. But I turn my ankle so maybe it will make me not do so. I will have to see after a few more trying ons.

Gardening Express: company that takes your money but doesn't deliver your what you order!

Gardening Express? No: no express delivery and no delivery of the product for which we paid.
We saw an offer for a Prunus Dulcis Flowering & Fruiting Almond Nut Tree. We decided to buy two as the description stated that they would be delivered at a height of 150-160 cm. They took 19 days to arrive and when they did arrive they were less than a metre tall and carried a plant label stating them to be 'mini' trees. On telephoning to complain I spoke with a young lady who, when I asked for her name, claimed she was called [Claire]. She said that she would arrange for two of the correct trees to be sent free of charge, and that they would be delivered within 7-10 working days. I asked how to return the mini trees and she told me to keep them as it was the company's fault that the incorrect items were sent.
17 days later and no replacements. When I phoned to enquire about the whereabouts of the goods that I originally paid for on the 1st September (a month and a half ago) the young lady, when I asked for her name, claimed to be called [Jane]. She went away from the telephone to check the situation and came back and told me that her name was now [Claire] and that when she checked with her boss after my last call 3 weeks ago, he told her they were the right ones. I asked to speak with that boss and she automatically said he was on the 'phone (without even checking). I said I would hold on the telephone for him. She then came back and said he was in a meeting. Really??? One very angry customer. I asked her to make her mind up: was he on the 'phone or in a meeting? She said there was nothing she could do. I asked her to tell him that he is guilty of fraud having taking money and not supplied what was stated on the product description.
