I purchased a rug that my daughter wanted for Christmas and I am so pleased it arrived in time. Very good quality too.

Before Xmas the rug was online as in stock. I had purchased this a couple of weeks before. I Contacted them and they said it was still out of stock so why are they allowing customers to purchase still with no stock?

Never used before, bought 2 rugs, 1 for hall, 1 for cloak room, both rugs are lovely and great quality, delivered separately so assuming different manufacturers, would definitely use again

I received a rug which I really like the look of but there are faults in the rug and I am still waiting for a reply ! Everyone is quick to sell but not so good when there is an issue

The website came up when I searched for brown/beige/red rug infact I was really surprised that exactly what I had in mind popped up. It was so easy, all the measurements I needed were in the drop down boxes, everything was there for me to choose.
