Very happy with my purchase. The rug is stunning and fits our space well. Purchasing was smooth and the discount actually made it possible for me to buy the rug. It was well wrapped and delivered without issue. Would use again and recommend.

3 weeks later my order has not arrived. They blame the courier company however it was not sent from the supplier until 2 days ago. This was a Christmas present that has not arrived in time. They have given me 10% back as compensation but could now buy it cheaper in the Christmas sales.

Item shown as stock. I ordered and it was acknowledged as stock. I then get a message the following week telling me that the rug is not available till some 6-8 weeks later.
