The rug is great, the price was great, you could work on customer updates. `I had to chase up info on delivery etc.

I ordered a rug, I was sent the wrong rug direct from the supplier, they organised carriage and the rug was returned. I requested a refund and so far have not received any communication or refund from The Rug Shop, I would be grateful if you could follow this up , I haven’t got anywhere with this even though I have emailed several times to Darren at The Rug Shop..no response, very disappointing s
