really not happy with the rug at all it is very difficult to vacuum and the hoover gets stuck on it

Wow is an absolute understatement. I was initially put off because I found more cost effective rivals that offered similar products for cheaper. But I decided to stick to it because of the ease of use and way it presented when creating my photobook. It looked amazing when creating it, and FAR exceeded expectations when it arrived. WOW is all I have to say. I would defo use again for big projects

I wish I had read the hundreds of extremely negative reviews before ordering an expensive plant from this company which arrived totally dead! Instead of the quality 6ft climbing shrub I was promised, I received a tall, dead stick plus a load of dead and shrivelled-up leaves lying on the bottom of a poorly packaged parcel! My repeated attempts to contact the company via the only means possible, their webchat, were ignored and never answered! They have neither a phone number nor an email address on their website! I was then sent a standard satisfaction survey where I was asked to rate my experience with them on a range of 1-5. The only problem was that every time I tried to enter a score of 1, it kicked me out claiming that there was a 'database error'! However, if you entered a higher score, it accepted it straight away! Funny that!!
Do NOT buy from this company if you don't want to waste your money!

Recently I've ordered so much from ikrush but sizing is getting more and more off with each purchase. This time a body suit didn't come to close to being able to be done up, but rhen I have one from last year and it goes on perfectly! Really frustrating as a single working mum I don't get time to keep returning things so In future stick to cardigans oversized jumpers etc. I'm a size 12/14 btw

We had our previous Henry vacuum for 20 year so had no problem ordering a replacement, Surprised it was an industrial version, this was not made clear, it is only for home use, getting nectar points was a bonus

After waiting 10 (business) days I was informed it would be a further 5. After the 15 they call me to say they had the wrong address and have cancelled the order, madness. Surely if I've already been waiting this long they can stick a fresh label on the helmet. Just rubbish

I had a bad experience with one of the products and the skin care experts really supported me with their advice and how to calm down my skin. Good people with good advice. I am just waiting to clear my skin and if the products that I am currently using work, i will definitely stick with Paula’s Choice.

Lots of choice I have ordered twice and have only 1 issue which is the sticky label can stick to other bags and cause tearing but other than that I'm very happy with both of my purchases

Jane Norman is a rip off and bad quality

I have bought various items from Jane Norman I loved this shop the styles were lovely with the bright bold colours, BUT....
Several of the big wooly jumpers i have purchased have shrunk all were took back to the shop everytime was told i was washing them on a hot wash thats why and it was my fault. My defence i hand washed them as i though they might as the material was wooly NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE GIVEN.
A nice long jumper with a rolled neck after 1st wash had two massive holes because of the sitching!!!
The staff are up their own bums look at you like a piece of crap how dare you distrub their mindless chatter of boyfriends and sex with wanting to buy something or would like to ask a question!!!!
On a good note i bought a backless top and a dress both have survived so far..... BUT for how long!!!
The quality of the clothes has gone down hill big time in the last year or 2.
VERDICT- Stick to highstreet stores like Riverside, republic, newlook etc as they have a proper returns policy friendly staff and good quality clothes, do not be blinded by the nice bright bold designs of Jane Norman unless you never wash your clothes
so they can not break.
