I love ikrush but due to the courier service they use I won’t be ordering again. Hermes are the worst waited a week as they lost my parcel on a 2 day service. Then left it at my front door on a busy main road. Ikrush can surely provide a better courier service than this as these goods cost us customers money. Customer service were brilliant though. A good website but don’t want to chance it with

Speed of delivery was great. Changed over the door which was easy too. One thing that does need to be done is nowhere in the instructions I could find was anything to tell you where the temperature control was. Found it by accident as it is the bezel around the light.
True to the claim, it is totally silent.

Delivery companies have delivered two ovens to us. The first was really badly damaged and went straight back to Germany. The second has just arrived and it too has a bit of damage on the door handle which we have reluctantly accepted as we need the oven which we really like.
The oven is not packed well enough to me and these delivery companies do not care enough in their handling of parcels.

Out of six items ordered, MyPicture did a poor job on three of them. I was supposed to get a free product as an apology, but after a ridiculously long wait, it arrived messed up, as well. The glass is scratched in several places and the GLUE that apparently adheres the print to the frame was globbed onto some parts and missing on others.Consequently, the print and the matte were loose in the frame

Thanks to both AJ and Josh for getting my tyres sorted today at gravesend..I popped in with 3 tyres that need inflated and they quickly checked all my tyres and pumped them all up and even reset the tyre pressure for me.
Thanks guys for the lovely attitude and kind heart.
