Very good after sales follow up. Lots of emails to offer wiring advice etc.
delivery was on time and the goods arrived safely and un damaged and that was important as some of the contents were made of glass. Pleased with all of that.

I paid for a two man delivery so that they could carry the worktops 20 yards to my garage, ss I am a pensioner. The men complained that their remit was to deliver only to my door and that ALL deliveries had a two man delivery anyway!!. However they did carry them to my garage. My front door is on the second floor anyway!

Nice looking at reasonable price. Beware of breakages though! The globe is glass and is apparently not sold separately if there’s an accident.

Wanted to recover my patio wicker table the table top had sunken and broken under the glass. I wanted a close matching fabric to staple in place. I ordered it I felt secure with the feedback I got and I was notified along its journey. I will definitely use them again fabric perfect

Lamp arrived quickly but damaged. I would have gladly waited an extra day if that would have provided time for better packaging. The glass is fragile but not well packaged or independently secured within the box. The company is making it extremely difficult to contact them regarding replacement unit or glass.

Print is amazing. Sadly the same can't be said for the delivery. Left leaning against my front door in the rain by UPS despite the instructions not to.

The product needs assembly of the glass which is not ideal. Only half the clips that hold the glass in place are provided and these are screwed into soft aluminium metal. It would be much better if the glass was pre-fitted and was properly fitted.

Customised puzzle was great and arrived quickly. After completing it we decided to buy a frame for it- unfortunately the courier wasn't particularly gentle with it and the glass arrived shattered, but customer service sent out a free replacement frame immediately after contacting them. Very pleased with the service provided!

The packages were left at my front door without any notification. Had I not seen the delivery persons shadow through my front window I would not have known they had been delivered. By the time I got there he had gone.

Really beautiful canvas . Delivery was a nightmare . Whoever delivered it left it in my rubbish bin and didn’t leave a note through my door to advise me it was there!

Cannot fault the company for their swift reaction to issues. A replacement was quickly organised as soon as they realised my frame had arrived with broken glass. A refund was also quickly made when a second frame arrived more smashed up than the first. The low star rating is based purely on the inability of the courier they choose to use being able to carefully deliver their breakable products.
