My parcel (as on the previous occasion) was late. I queried why and postal strike blamed. Advised parcel in London and with me in 3 days. 7 days later I asked again, they checked and they said lost in transit would action refund. (Good Move). This was done and today 5 days later I see in my acct. However, without notification the package was left (unannounced) on my door step. Good job I was here

Very little communication regarding the order itself and the dispatch, arrived later, much later than predicted, courier didn't read the instructions to leave with the neighbor and left at the front door in open view!

Just the light I wanted and for a great price.
No assembly instructions but fairly obvious what to do.
Yodel did deliver 2 days late and left the cardboard box on the doorstep in the rain at 10.00pm despite note on door asking that the parcel be left with a neighbour.

Delivery time scale was ok but from Holland so returns difficult/expensive
Whole lamp was plastic except for glass! 15w max bulb, neither of these was clear from sales blurb.
No recess in back of lamp makes it impossible to flush mount on a wall...which is exactly what you would buy it for!

Ordering was easy and you kept me updated as to when the picture had been produced and sent to the couriers.
What could have been better was that the courier could have sent a message to confirm delivery date and time.
Luckily I was at home when the package was delivered. However the courier did knock the door and waited until I answered the door before driving off as so often happens with other d

Omg I love my pics in the little glass cubes I would definitely recommend to friends and family but not till after Xmas as I ordered mine for presents but also I love how easy it was to order so easy to follow and upload pics love the prices aswell

the goods never left their depot in europe, i waiting 3 weeks then asked for a refund that i did get eventually.
I have ordered several times from them in the past and never experienced a problem but this one just went pear shaped.

I ordered £260 worth of ink cartridges on 10.10. The delivery man put a note through the door on 11.10 saying I was out and it couldn’t be delivered. I was in and my doorbell was working perfectly. It was supposed to be delivered the next day but it was cancelled for lack of space on the van. After 2 phone calls I still wait for delivery so I can complete the project I’m working on. Not good.
