Amazingly fast service despite seemingly coming from Germany. Wasn't impressed by the delivery company leaving the parcel in full view of the road at my front door without shelter from rain. Thankfully, it didn't rain & so contents were OK but would not have been had it rained!

I received a damaged lamp although it still worked the glass filament holder was broken, upon receipt of my photo the team immediately dispatched a replacement lamp free of charge. Very professional

The canvas were fine thank fully and very good value , but my heart sank when I saw the packaging it was completely burst open I dont know how they were not damaged , I think in future you must use better packaging for such large canvases , we were both lucky this time . thank you .

I bought 2 X Maly Table Lamps. The shades were plastic and arrived in a poor condition: lots of scuff marks and cloudy plastic, which ruins the aesthetics.
The scuffs are very visible when the lamp is switched on or off.
The plastic shades make the rest of the lamp look cheap. A glass shade would provide a better quality.
Would not recommend sadly.

Customer Service (Yvonne Haertl) was excellent in resolving a delivery problem. The glass in my frame was broken twice on delivery. She quickly arranged new deliveries and the third frame arrived intact. She kept me informed and ensured my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Courier inefficient and unreliable the goods I bought and the express delivery
Fee I paid never arrived
Lack of communication. I left clear instructions of where to leave the parcel ,
Left a note on door asking to leave with neighbour to no avail
Courier sent a message that they tried to deliver it 3 times , at least one of them I was home and I can assure no one came .
I sent an email to Ikru

The quality of my prints on Acrylic glass are fantastic! The colour rendition is spot on but I do use the Premium Photo paper to ensure the acuracy of the colours.
I like the way you are kept up to date with your order process and the delivery by UPS is very speedy.
This was my third order - I would definitely use again.
