The printer was delivered Undamaged. Fantastic outcome in this day and age.
The one thing you could do better? Let me know when the delivery is due. Luckily my next door neighbour was there to accept delivery.

I came to unpack my picture and I'm really happy with the print. However the glass/acrylic has a major defect. I have tried to contact them to highlight this via their online form on several occasions. The form doesn't let me submit any information.
I've tried contacting them through the email address they use for PayPal about this issue but just got a bounce back.
I now have had to resor

Each lamp had either one or two pieces of glass broken, the support to hold the glass is just to weak.

The sensor doesn't work when walking up driveway to the front door. I have to wave in front of sensor to make light come on. The sensor will only come on when either you wave infront of it or when walking to the side of the light. Which is very strange.

easy to navigate website.
I like vintage style lighting.I place an order for 4 lights.
I really liked the industrial style of the spot lights.
One flush glass bathroom ceiling light was broken,i sent a message on the website,they sent out a replacement,without any drama!
Yodel were excellent,we have a very reliable yodel courier.

Can’t fault the product or buying service but the delivery by Yodel was appalling - my purchase was left on my doorstep with deliverer not even bothering to ring the door bell. Purchase could have been there for hours for all i know, good job it didn’t rain and no one passing by spotted it
