Easy customer experience - only teeny tiny critique was a few spex of dust under the 'glass' that I had to remove - otherwise above expectation.

I have not yet switched on my lamp...i need to get the correctly rated bulb. On first appearances, the lamp looks beautiful. It is solid and well constructed, and feels weighty. I am very pleased woth it so far and I have no doubt that when i fit a bulb, it will light up and produce a lovely looking light. The glass shade is great

Pictures very well packed. Decent quality prints. However, I chased order and then following day. I only then got email despatched. I then had 2 Yodel emails Thursday giving time slots neither of which were used, I stayed in rather than went out. Parcel arrived 1528 Fri, notice on front door to put in back door. We had inside back door open ready. Driver chucked down outside back door and legged

I was slightly disappointed with my purchase as when I asked for it framed I assumed it would be inside a picture frame with glass front to protect the canvass from dust.

I love the look of the lights. However, the glass covers don't fit 100%, and 2 glass covers had marks in the glass.
These can be hidden so face away from door.

The product is brilliant; however, during the delivery, the person who delivers it through it in the yard to the paved ground with a total of five flats 'neighbours in the building'. A post slot that could fit the post or through the main door in front of the yard was brilliant.

Yes but I’d wait for a better deal if I could. Or source the internals somewhere else.
The doors run smoothly and fit well into the area. I used a laser for accurate measurements. Space slide then work out how big to make the doors which worked a treat!
There is a large gap between each sliding door. It looks a bit unrefined but it does stop your hand getting pinched.

The pictures are very good. Only issue was with the delivery. On 3 occasions I had deliveries there was someone in the house, but instead of waiting for the door to be answered the parcels were left outside on each occasion

Everything perfect except for the lamp shade glass is thinner/ lighter than I thought so the lamp is very bright. Not the end of the world but a bit annoying.

Once I managed to get the light fitted, I came to put the glass cover on it, only to realise the terrible workmanship used to put the cover together, gaps on the framework, internal glass set at different heights, and sealant poorly distributed. would have sent it back but no longer had the box and I was pushed for time to get it fitted.

I ordered the Zuzanna light and it arrived quickly and well packaged so that nothing was broken. The light looks great in my kitchen above the island. There is no electricity though so I am going to glue battery powered led lights inside and they fit really nicely inside the glass lamp shades.
