Picture printed with white margin at side, glass low quality and extremely reflective. Actual printing and framing is very nice, though this is undermined by the other factors!

Had no problem ordering from the company, but was a bit disappointed with delivery that was delayed by two days so that meant I was not in when package was delivered, then driver ignored large sign on door to leave at neighbours ,but the product is great

Yodel delivered to the wrong address, as usual. This partly due to the addressing on the supplier website not accepting enough characters for a British address. The lamps themselves are wonderful! Beautifully designed and accurately made metal castings with accurately threaded screw holes, glass panels, clips and fixings, and, to top it off, a 7W eco bulb that even connects to my phone for remote

Item arrived on time, well sealed and packaged in polystyrene, was expecting the item to be in good conditions, however the coating on the lamp is scratched and the uneven coating on the glass reveals dark bush strokes-like marks. Too bad because the item is very nice looking, item was discounted so i guess you get what you pay for.

Bought as a replacement for one of our previous lights that had failed. The globe is considerably larger than the old light and is made of plastic rather than glass as the previous one was.
Nice light, arrived quickly, easy to install and set up, looks good time will tell how good it actually is by how long it lasts!

Great service and computer sent when I asked so I could be sure to be in when it was delivered. Sadly let down by DPD who didn’t give me more than 10 seconds to get to the door but it was delivered the next day. Really good value and quality.

Excellent service with good information about the product which was exactly as described. The Art deco fitting with dark pink glass globe looks stunning in my kitchen and the recommended bulb (7 w, 780 lumens) purchased with the item give the perfect level of lighting in my small kitchen. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Check in, gate and inflight crew were great to deal with.
One improvement would be communication. For the first time ever, I found us sitting awaiting to leave the gate. No one boarding. Door still open. Departure time has passed and no communication on what we are doing and how much longer it will be.
As I said, this was unusual as communication is usually good. When it’s not you tend to worry

Your clothes are so very nice, can always see some thing I would like to buy and I usually end up buying something. Your web site is easy to use. I like the delivery by post, so much safer that other companies delivery. Companies who leave the package on you door step. Royal Mail would never do that.
