Ordered a black jumpsuit, its lovely, fits well and good value for money. It is a little see through though so will only wear with cardigan.

Length of time between order and delivery. At present I wait for 3 items, one ordered on 13th March, other two later. (I cancelled an earlier item also ordered on 13th March because of repeat problems with credit card payment even though it was accepting the same credit card for other payments, later they reported problems with acquisition of said item and so I cancelled the order)

I tried four times to get an order processed, but Peter Hahn had failed to update their system in line with a change in banking practice, so kept sending me messages that my card had failed. No proper explanation at any stage. I gave up and will not shop with Peter Hahn again.

i’ve bought my mum some of your sweets for her day and they are absolutely AMAZING so nice and great quality. thank you so much!
one thing i think you could possibly improve is making the packaging smaller? the sweets themselves were packaged lovely. i just think that the cardboard box was a bit big for the contents?

The system of booking and changing flights gives poor outcomes. I've had numerous errors or omissions, can't get refunds, and had failed bookings that go as far as showing money out of my credit card, but no actual booking. It takes hours of time to sort out the mess when it happens. But the actual operations side is good. Good service on flights, good check in, boarding etc. Luggage handling all

Great quality picture but jigsaw did not come In a box and was delivered in a large jiffy bag with the jigsaw made up and in grip bag with some card to keep it flat. The package had been folded in transit but it seems to be ok. There is no picture to reference the jigsaw once you start to do the jigsaw.

Sort out your payment system. Why are you not accepting Master Card? 5/6 emails saying my payment had not gone through. 4/5 phone calls calls to give my card number out again. On the 2nd or 3rd call ( only after asking a question if there was a problem on their side) I was advised that there was a problem with their payment system in Germany accepting Master Card. I was asked if I had a Visa card

The office chair mat arrived very quickly and was totally flat in it's large cardboard carton.
The mat stopped the chair wheels sinking into the brand new thick pile carpet and easy to move around perfect for the job.

I ordered a HP Officejet Pro 7720 printer online and paid for it by credit card. After a few days the printer had not arrived so I checked to find the order had been cancel. Spoke to Viking customer services who could offer no explanation. Offered to reorder but now out of stock!
I will be very wary about ordering anything substantial from Viking in future!

Good price, speedy delivery. The only reason I put 4 stars not 5 is because the box of paper was open when it arrived. I don't think there was any paper missing and, though it was delivered in heavy rain, the protruding cardboard flap protected the paper from getting wet. As there was minimal damage to the edge of the top sheets, I decided it wasn't worth contacting Viking, and the fault lies with
